Illinois State Law requires that a signed agreement be in the possession of your home inspector prior to beginning the home inspection. You can send the signed agreement by e-mail, fax, or postal mail.
The thermal imaging agreement is an addendum that also must be signed if you are adding infrared thermal imaging to your home inspection, so please sign and return both.
