Mold screening can be performed as part of any home inspection process or as a standalone service that can be performed anytime. Mold can be discovered by

	air sampling – testing for mold spores in the indoor and close outside air
	surface sampling – testing for mold spores on indoor surfaces

Physical samples (air and swab) will be collected to determine the presence of mold in any home or facility.
